The Journey

From Your Hands to the Borders.

Dates for 2027 will be announced as they are confirmed. Holi falls on Monday, 22 March 2027.

The Plan

Everything below leads to one moment: placing colour on a soldier's forehead on Holi.

  2. 8 weeks before Holi onwards

    Social Media Wave

Influencers and citizens share their pledge and personalised packets with #EkMutthiGulal.

  3. 6 weeks before Holi

Malls, Societies & the Media Push

Mall activations and society pickups; radio, TV, print and outdoor spread the word.

  4. 6 weeks before Holi onwards

    Schools & Colleges

Students, teachers and staff contribute their share; workshops build awareness.

  5. 3 weeks before Holi

    Airports & Corporate Parks

Dedicated drop zones at airports and corporate parks.

  6. 3 weeks before Holi to Holi day

    The Cavalcade

Branded vehicles tour the nation — planned ~500 stops in ~23 days — carrying the gulal toward the borders.

  7. Holi day

    Grand Finale at the Borders

Colours are handed to soldiers at India's borders; the nation celebrates together.

  8. After Holi

    Documentary Film

A film capturing the whole country coming together.

The Finale
