Our Commitment

We want this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and to be usable by people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, magnification or other assistive technology, in line with the spirit of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.

What We Have Done

• Semantic page structure with landmarks, one main heading per page and a "Skip to content" link.
• Full keyboard operation with a visible focus indicator, including the menu, accordions, filters and forms.
• Form fields with visible labels, error messages linked to fields and clear success messages.
• Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA; information is never given by colour alone.
• Responsive layouts that work from small phones to large desktops and at 200 % zoom.
• Motion respects your device's "reduce motion" setting, and a footer toggle lets you turn animations off or on.
• Text in English with Hindi (Devanagari) passages marked with the correct language so screen readers pronounce them properly.
• Plain-language content and descriptive link text.

Known Limitations

• Decorative animations and particle effects may be distracting for some people; use the footer toggle or your device setting to reduce them.
• Some Hindi text is shown in a decorative display size; the same text is available in standard size elsewhere on the page.
• Videos, audio and downloadable documents are not yet published; when they are, we will provide captions, transcripts and accessible formats.

If you find a barrier or need information in another format, write to contact@ekmutthigulal.in or call 9090229033, telling us the page and the problem. We will acknowledge within 3 working days and try to fix or offer an alternative within 14 days.

Standards and Testing

We test with automated tools (axe and Lighthouse), keyboard-only use and screen-reader spot checks. This statement was last reviewed on 30 October 2026.
